There will be a training table each month for those not familiar with the game. | SambaSamba is a partner card game that derives from Canasta and Hand & Foot. In addition to making Canastas, Sambas (runs) are also required. It’s more challenging, but so much fun. In order to win, a player must be able to draw a card and then go out without a discard on their turn. The winner is the player with the lowest score after all sets are played. We usually eat lunch halfway through so we can enjoy eating and talking. | Stitch and CraftOur group is designed as a workroom format. Come and share good conversation while working on your latest creation. Hosting is not a requirement. Location of meetings emailed each week. Stitch in Time: needlework, needlepoint, embroidery, knitting, crochet, or a small sewing project. Crafting: small portable projects. | Triple PlayA food purchase will be required. There will be a lunch break from playing cards. A canasta partner’s game with a hand, knee, and food deal. Takes about 3.5 hours to play 4 hands.
