In recent years, we have struggled with how slow and inefficient the US mail has become. We respectfully request your reservations for the luncheon be made and paid for online.

If this is not possible, and you need to use a check, please mail it to our Treasurer, Martti Cade, at 8879 Van Allen Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77381.

Mail it early! Online, $35.98; by check, $34.64. Make sure your name shows on your check and note “luncheon” on the memo line.

A new policy regarding luncheons:

If you cannot attend and have paid for and been confirmed for your luncheon, let the Luncheon Coordinator know before the Friday-previous deadline at 5:00. You will be allowed one (1) refund per year.

Better yet, give your lunch to a friend, on your tab (no refund). We must know the name of the new diner so we can make her a nametag. And this action MUST be made before 5:00 pm on the Friday before the luncheon.
